Jim LaDoux is a Partner for Coaching and Consulting Services with Vibrant Faith. He serves Leading Well as the Vibrant Faith partner, Coordinator, and a coach for Leading Well cohort groups.
Jim has served Lutheran, Methodist and Presbyterian Congregations in congregational settings for more than 30 years. He has a passion for bringing out God’s best in leaders and the organizations they serve. He and his wife Gina have two children, Brett and Kenton. As a family, they enjoy traveling, board games, biking and golf.
He's currently updating his book, Surface to Soul, and finding new ways to embed sabbath moments into his daily and weekly routine to support his desire to live and lead well.
Tammy Devine is a deacon, and Wellness Manager for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, serving through Portico Benefit Services.
Tammy is a strategic and systemic whole person promoter of well-being, through education and inspiration throughout the ELCA. Devine collaborates with thought leaders to facilitate and motivate whole person lifestyle choices and serves as an external wellness consultant and coach to integrate well-being throughout the ELCA.
Tammy is a registered nurse (BA, Augustana University, Sioux Falls), and holds a Master's in Leadership from Luther Seminary. She has completed preparation as a parish nurse/coordinator, and Coach training through Auburn Theological Seminary. She is ICF certified as a Spiritual Coach.
She serves Leading Well as the Portico Partner, Coordinator, and Coach.
Matthew is a husband, father, and Lutheran pastor who has richly benefited from this event as a participant. He now assists in leading the worship life of Leading Well, and integrating the learning, worship, and sabbath time into a cohesive experience for all who attend. He serves as the Assistant to the Bishop for Evangelical Mission in the Greater Milwaukee Synod of the ELCA.
Michael Larson is a musician, artist, and thought leader, passionate about pointing to the Holy in all of life. He currently serves as the Director of Worship, Arts & Service at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Olympia, WA.
He serves Leading Well as a worship facilitator and musician. Additionally, Michael is a co-facilitator and musician for Exploring Transitions, a series of retreats created to explore personal life callings, passions, meaning, and purpose amidst a life of transitions.
Michael graduated from the Master of Theological Studies program at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, CA, where he focused his studies on music as local theology. Prior to his graduate studies, Michael studied psychology, neuroscience, and chemistry at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
